Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 07 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging.
  • Certain products such as final sale items, promotional giveaways, or gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return request and specify the exchange details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
